After installation on Windows Server 2008 RC 2.

In order to be able to connect to service bus that is running within windows server 2008 RC2. You will need to allow connection to the port range: 6379-6384 for redis to accept connections.

For outside connection to rest service which is used by JS, WP7, Java API, you need to allow connection to port: 8087

For outside connection to router and gateway service, you need to allow connection to ports: 8000, 8085, and 8084

You will also need to allow connection to 8081 for websocket to accept connections

This may help you (from an Administrator command-line):
FOR /L %I IN (6379,1,6384) DO netsh firewall add portopening TCP %I "Redis"%I
